Sattvayur, Himalayan Shilajit Resin, 20g

Product Description

Shilajit is a naturally occurring resin that forms over centuries from the gradual decomposition of plant matter in high-altitude mountain rocks. Found primarily in the Himalayas and other major mountain ranges, it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for thousands of years as a general tonic for vitality and longevity. This resin from Sattvayur contains 75% Fulvic Acid — the primary bioactive component of Shilajit — alongside a broad spectrum of naturally occurring minerals including Humic Acid, Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium. Fulvic Acid is valued for its role in helping the body absorb and transport nutrients at a cellular level, and may help support energy levels, cognitive function, and the body’s antioxidant defences. A small serving goes a long way — a pea-sized amount dissolved in warm water or milk is the traditional daily dose. 100% pure and natural resin with no additives.
