Kava (Piper methysticum) root (equiv. to dry) 266.4mg
Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) fruit (equiv. to fresh) 470.4mg

Also contains: glycerine, alcohol, water.
Directions
Shake well.
Adults (16 years+) administer 1ml (5 sprays) to the back of the throat, up to five times daily.

Only natural flavours and sweeteners used in this product. No colours or preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy, or wheat.
Always take supplements 2 hours away from any medications and antibiotics. Keep out of reach of children.
Directions
Adults: Take 5ml up to three times daily.
Children 9-13 years: Take 5ml up to twice daily.
