Each intensive serve (4 teaspoons / 10.5g) provides:

Directions
Daily dose: Add 2 teaspoons (5.25g) to a cold drink and stir well. Take once daily. Intensive dose: Add 4 teaspoons (10.5g) to a cold drink and stir well. Take once daily. Not suitable for use in hot drinks. Best taken consistently each day.
Precautions
Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation. Dietary supplements can be toxic in high doses. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Always read the label and use as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
