Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Paddling is tough on the hands. Long sessions on the water, wet paddles, sun, wind and plenty of hard mahi can leave your skin dry, cracked and blistered. Paddlers Hands is a simple, natural balm made to help keep paddlers’ hands in good shape.

Made with kawakawa (piper excelsum), a plant traditionally used in Māori rongoā to soothe skin exposed to the elements, this balm supports tired, hardworking hands after training or racing. Blended with beeswax, olive oil, tea tree and vitamin E, it forms a protective, nourishing layer to help calm dry skin and keep your hands feeling comfortable.

Pop a tin in your gear bag and use it after paddling, at home, or anytime your hands need a little care.

Not just for paddlers!  Kawakawa Soothing Balm works to soothe, heal and protect irritated skin from any source - work, working in the garden, soft hands not used often!   Suitable for minor cuts, bites, dry skin, blisters, protection.  High potency natural protection.

Ingredients

Kawakawa, beeswax, extra virgin olive oil, tea tree, vitamin E.

Directions

Apply a small amount to the affected area. Use sparingly at first before applying more. Reapply as required.
