Ingredients
Each veg capsule provides:
Magnesium glycinate 600mg, Equiv. Magnesium 67.3mg, Magnesium amino acid chelate 188.5mg, Equiv. Magnesium 37.7mg.
Total Elemental Magnesium 105mg.
Encapsulating aids.
Contains Sulfites (<0.0014mg per daily dose trace amounts, coming from the capsule).
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, corn, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions
Recommended adults and children over 14 years: Take 1 capsules daily.
Children 4-13 years: Take 1/2 (half) capsule daily - separate capsule and mix contents with food or liquid.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Not recommended for children under 4 years.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
