Nutra-Life Deep Sleep + Magnesium Glycinate Berry 285g Powder is a triple-action sleep support formula designed to promote deep, restful sleep while supporting muscle relaxation and nervous system health. This advanced powder combines highly bioavailable magnesium glycinate with traditional herbal extracts including valerian and hops, which have been used in Western herbal medicine to help calm the mind and support healthy sleep patterns.
Each serve delivers 350mg of elemental magnesium along with vitamin C and added glycine, helping to relax the body and support recovery overnight. Each 9.5g (1 level scoop) provides:
Magnesium glycinate
Equiv. Magnesium 350mg
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 200mg
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root dry extract 208mg
Equiv. Valeriana officinalis root dry 1.25g
Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit dry extract 100mg
Equiv. Humulus lupulus fruit dry 600mg
Glycine 3g
Other Ingredients: Natural flavours (blackcurrant, strawberry), natural colour (beetroot juice), natural sweeteners (glucose, thaumatin), acidity regulators (malic acid, citric acid)
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, animal products, egg, soy, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Directions
Adults: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily, approximately one hour before bed. Dissolve in ~200ml of water, stir until mixed and consume immediately, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Precautions
Store in a cool, dry place below 30 degrees celsius. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
