Each 5ml dose contains:
PASSIONFLOWER extract equivalent to dry flower 820mg
ZIZYPHUS extract equivalent to dry seed 1215mg
VALERIAN extract equivalent to dry root 730.4mg
HOPS extract equivalent to dry flowers 364.5mg
Other Ingredients: In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.
Directions
Take the recommended dose by age group: (over 12 years)
Take 5mls three hours before bed and another 5mls one hour before bed. If needed, take another 5mls through the night.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
