Ingredients

Withania somnifera extract (Ashwagandha) equivalent to dry root 395mg. Echinacea purpurea extract equivalent to dry root 462mg. Astragalus membranaceus extract equivalent to dry root 915mg. Siberian Ginseng extract equivalent to dry root 967.5mg. Reishi ganoderma lucidum extract equivalent to dry mushroom 408mg.
In a syrup base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water.

Directions

Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years);
Stay well : To boost and build immunity, take 5ml two to three times daily OR take a single dose of 10 to 15ml once per day if preferred. Take long-term for best results. Get well : To support recovery from illness and low energy levels, take 5ml three to four times daily. If acutely unwell, take Harker Herbals Vira Guard.
