Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Good Health Rapid Hydrate is an effervescent electrolyte tablet designed to support cellular hydration and fluid balance by replenishing the key minerals lost through sweat, illness, or everyday activity. Each tablet delivers a precise blend of minerals; Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, and Magnesium, the four primary electrolytes involved in hydration, muscle function, and nerve signalling in a sugar-free, naturally flavoured orange and lemon drink.  The sodium-to-potassium ratio reflects natural electrolyte loss patterns, prioritising sodium at 500mg per tablet alongside 100mg of potassium. 

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding at the stated dose. Only natural flavours and sweeteners used, with no preservatives and no added gluten, egg, dairy, wheat, or soy.

Ingredients

Per 1 effervescent tablet (serving size), 30 servings per container:

Total Elemental Sodium 500mg
Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate (equiv. Sodium 400mg) 1470mg
Sodium Chloride (equiv. Sodium 100mg; Chloride 154mg) 254mg
Potassium Citrate (equiv. Potassium 100mg) 276mg
Calcium Citrate (equiv. Calcium 50mg) 215mg
Magnesium Citrate (equiv. Magnesium 40mg) 296mg

Contains tabletting aids and colour. Only natural flavours and sweetener used. No preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, wheat, or soy.

Directions

Adults: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in at least 200ml of water.
Acute adult dose: Dissolve 1 to 2 effervescent tablets daily or as professionally advised.

Teens from 12 years: For maintenance, dissolve half a tablet daily or as professionally advised.
Acute dose for teens from 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised.

Take supplements 2 hours away from any medications and antibiotics.
