Good Health 1-a-day Glucosamine, large 180 capsules size, is a high strength joint repair formula in a convenient 1-a-day dose.
It contains 1500mg of scientifically proven Glucosamine with Chondroitin, two of the natural building blocks of healthy cartilage.
It also includes key nutrients to support joint & muscle comfort (Turmeric, White Willow, Vitamin D3 & Selenium) and nutrients for bone support and repair (Vitamin D3, Boron and Copper).

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as professionally advised.

Not suitable for those with seafood / shellfish allergy. Glucosamine is derived from crustaceans. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Not suitable while on anti-coagulant or blood thinning medication without medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
