Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
High DHA marine fish oil - 260mg Capsule Shell (Bovine Gelatin, Humectants (Glycerol, Sorbitol)), Fish Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), Thyme Oil, Antioxidant (Tocopherol Rich Extract). Directions Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 2 capsules per day with food or drink. For adult use only: Efamol advises optimising the body's natural store of these important nutrients by doubling the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks. Precautions Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you have an allergy to any of the ingredients contains in the formula. Store below 25C. Avoid storage in direct sunlight or heat. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Use within 8 months of opening. Packaging Please recycle box and container.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
