Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Doctor's Best Glucosamine provides 1500mg of pure, sodium-free, potassium-stabilised glucosamine sulfate per serving — one of the most well-researched joint support ingredients available. Glucosamine is a naturally occurring amino sugar found in healthy cartilage and connective tissue, where it plays a key role in the synthesis of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans — the structural molecules that give cartilage its cushioning and shock-absorbing properties.

As the body's own production of glucosamine slows with age, supplementation helps support the body's ongoing maintenance of joint cartilage, connective tissue integrity, and normal joint mobility. The glucosamine in this formula is potassium-stabilised glucosamine sulfate 2KCl — the stabilised sulfate salt form — which also supplies meaningful amounts of both Potassium and Chloride per serving.

Purity is confirmed via HPLC testing. Non-GMO, gluten free, soy free.
Note: this product is derived from shellfish (crab and shrimp shells) and is not suitable for those with shellfish allergies.

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as recommended by a nutritionally informed physician. Store in a cool, dry place.
