Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus castus) extract equiv. dry fruit 250mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract equiv. dry root 1500mg
Chromium (from Chromium picolinate) 250mcg
Di-indolylmethane (DIM) 100mg
Rice hull
Rice extract blend
Microcrystalline cellulose
Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily

Precautions
Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Consult your physician before use if taking oral contraceptives. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some individuals may experience headaches when first taking this product. If this occurs, begin with one capsule daily, take with food, and increase gradually as tolerated. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
