Now Foods Choline & Inositol are members of the B-Vitamin family. Choline is necessary for normal synaptic transmission, brain health and fatty acid metabolism in the liver. Inositol is also essential for brain and nervous system health. Both Choline and Inositol are essential components of all cell membranes.

Choline (from Bitartate) 250mg
Inositol 250mg
Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Stearic Acid (Vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily preferably with food.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
