Nature's Way Active Magnesium combines the power of 4 different forms of magnesium that work synergistically to help absorption and utilisation in the body.

It supports muscle and nerve relaxation and calm, assists with cellular energy production and supports bone formation and strength. An extra-strength dose of 334mg of elemental magnesium will ensure you meet all your daily magnesium needs.

Each tablet contains:
Magnesium (as Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 242mg) 50mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg) 50mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium citrate 161.3mg) 25mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium oxide heavy 346.7mg) 209mg.
Total elemental Magnesium 334mg
Also contains tabletting aids.
Directions
Adults: Take one tablet daily with food, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
