Description
Calcium is an essential mineral not just for bone health, but for healthy teeth, hormones and blood clotting as well. Good Calcium levels can also help to reduce muscle cramping and period pain, and maintain healthy blood pressure. Magnesium plus Vitamin D supports the absorption of Calcium.

Helping to protect against osteoporosis and bone pain if older, or going through menopause. Topping up your dietary Calcium for those who don't eat dairy products. Supports maintaining healthy blood pressure and blood clotting function. Helping to relieve muscle cramps and spasms or period pain.
Ingredients
Each tablet provides:
Calcium (as carbonate) 1000mg equiv. Calcium 400mg,
Magnesium (as oxide) 150mg,
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol 100IU) 2.5mcg.
Contains tabletting aids, colour.
Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, dairy products, egg, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet 2-3 times daily with food.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 tablet daily with food.
Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
