Glutamine 500mg, Taurine 500mg, Levocarnitine (L-carnitine tartrate) 73.3mg, Thiamine (Vit B1) (from Thiamine hydrochloride 28mg) 25mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 2mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 20mg, Pantothenic acid (Vit B5) (from calcium pantothenate 76mg) 70mg, Pyridoxine (Vit B6) (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50mg) 41mg, Folic Acid 150mcg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 20mcg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 120mg, Potassium (as Potassium Phosphate monobasic) 100mg, Malic Acid 600mg.
Other ingredients: Stevia leaf extract, Maltodextrin, Natural Orange Flavour, Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.
Dosage
Mix 1 teaspoon daily (5 gram serve) with water or juice. Best used mid-morning or afternoon as may have an energising effect.
Precautions
Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Take two hours away from antibiotic medications, magnesium may reduce absorption of antibiotics. Caution in people with renal failure.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
