Each Vegan capsule contains:
Calcium citrate tetrahydrate (equiv. Calcium 100mg) 474.4mg, PureSea Natural Organic Hebridean Ascophyllum nodosum seaweed equiv. fresh (equiv. Iodine 75mcg) 428.6mg, Zinc citrate dihydrate (equiv. Zinc 4mg) 12.4mg, Ferrous fumarate (equiv. Iron 4mg) 12.3mg, Selenomethionine 0.5% (equiv. Selenium 30mcg) 6mg, Retinyl acetate 325,000 IU/g (equiv. Vitamin A 350mcg) 3.6mg, Vitamin D3V Cholecalciferol 100,000 IU/g (equiv. Vitamin D3 5mcg) 2.0mg, Methylcobalamin (equiv. Vitamin B12 1.2mcg) 1.36mcg.
Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, rice hulls and rice extract blend.
No added: Sugar, artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, or preservatives.
NZVS Vegan Certified. Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Titanium Dioxide free.
Directions
Adults from 15 years: Take 2 capsules daily.
Children 9 to 14 years: Take 1 capsule daily.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
