Each capsule contains:
Magnesium (as Amino Acid Chelate) 75mg, Herbal extract equivalent to dry: Curcuma longa Rhizome (Turmeric) 9.9g Equiv. Curcuminnoids 375mg, Rhodiola rosea Root (Rhodiola) 100mg Equiv. Rosavin 0.75mg Equiv. Salidroside 0.5mg, Boswellia serrata (Boswellia) gum 65mg Equiv. Acetyl Keto-boswellic acid(AKBA) 1.95mg.
Extract: BioPerine (Black Pepper) 3mg, Excipients: Encapsulating aids
No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.
No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy or wheat.

Directions
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food or as medically advised.
Acute Dose: Take up to 2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not to be taken while on anti-coagulant or blood thinning medication without medical advice. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. High doses may cause loose bowel motions or diarrhea (this dose will vary from person to person).

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
