The usage of Ashwagandha dates back over 3,000 years. It is a traditional ayurvedic herbal that is native to India, the Middle East, and Africa. Ashwagandha is traditionally used as an adaptogen and helps to reduce stress.

Amount Per Serving:
Ashwagandha Root Extract (standardized to 3.5% withanolides (17.5mg)) 500mg
Other Ingredients: Plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), cellulose, magnesium stearate, calcium silicate, silica.
Gluten free. No yeast-derived ingredients, wheat, corn, soy, dairy, or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Directions
Take 1 capsule two to three times daily, preferably with food or water.

Do not use if pregnant. If nursing, diabetic or taking any medications, consult a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Safety sealed with printed inner seal. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Keep tightly closed. Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
