Vaccinium macrocarpon Fruit (Cran-Max Cranberry) 10,000mg, Arctostaphylos uva-ursi Leaf (Bearberry) 200mg, Agathosma betulina Leaf (Buchu) 300mg, Hydrastis canadensis Root (Goldenseal) 50mg, Centella asiatica Leaf (Gota Kola) 100mg, Olea europea Leaf (Olive) 100mg.
Vitamins & minerals:
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 50mg, Zinc Gluconate (Equiv. Zinc 5mg) 39mg.
No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.
Directions
Acute dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with a meal or as professionally advised.
Maintenance dose: Adults: To reduce the risk of bladder imbalance, take 1 capsule per day or as professionally advised.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
