Each tablet contains:
Vitamin B1 567.4mg, Vitamin B2 1.3mg, Vitamin B3 16mg, Vitamin B5 2mg, Vitamin B6 600mcg, Vitamin B12 2mg, Folic acid 100mcg , Vitamin C 25mg, Vitamin D3 7.5mcg, Vitamin A 225mcg, Iron 1.9mg, Manganese 1mg, Biotin 30mg, Vitamin E 3IU, Iodine 50mcg, Chromium 5mcg , Zinc 1.4mg, Copper 170mcg, Magnesium 42mg.
Also contains: Calcium phosphate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, colours, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, microcystalline cellulose, povidone, titanium dioxide.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 or 2 tablets daily with food.
Children 6 years and over: Take 1 tablet daily with food (if required, break the tablet in half)

Store in a cool dry place under 25C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
