Helps relax and soothe a tight chest. Supports removal of mucus. Helps settle dry, tickly airways. Includes Pelargonium, which research shows supports recovery from winter-related ills. Natural peppermint flavour. Free from gluten, dairy, alcohol and preservatives. Suitable for adults and young adults over 12 years.
Ingredients
Active ingredients in each 5ml dose:
Pelargonium pelargonium sidoides extract equivalent to dry root 235mg, Marshmallow root 610mg, Ribwort plantago lanceolata extract equivalent to dry leaf 882mg, Ivy leaves 240mg, Grindellia leaf 340mg, Licorice root 244mg.
In a base of chicory root fibre, vegetable glycerine, natural flavours, citric acid and water. This low sugar formulation contains less than 0.66g of sugar per 5ml dose.
Directions
Recommended adult dosage (over 12 years) :
Take 5ml up to three times per day.
Get well acute: Take 5ml up to every three hours to settle a persistent dry cough and relax the chest.
Shake well before use.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
