Harker Herbals Ear, Nose & Throat Tonic is the go to tonic for thousands of New Zealanders when battling winter ills and chills. This classic herbal blend focuses on the upper respiratory tract, helping clear the airways in stuffy heads and soothing the ears, nasal passages and throats. Great to take at the first sign of ills and chills. Excellent as a throat gargle.

Ingredients
Oils & Ethers : Camphor Laurel, Cedarwood, Eucalyptol, Eugenol, Jojoba, Lemon, Lime, Menthol Oil, Peppermint, Pine, Rosemary.
Herbs : Licorice, Seaweeds, Carrageen (Irish Moss).
Sundries : Celtic sea salt, Citric acid, Glycerine (veg), Iodine, UV Light-Treated Rain Water
Directions
Adults (over 12 years): 5-10mls, 3 to 4 times daily.
Make sure you shake the bottle vigorously before taking a dose.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
