Potassium Citrate 99mg is an essential mineral that is widely distributed among food sources, with especially high levels present in fruits and vegetables.
Potassium is critical for the maintenance of normal cellular and body fluid levels, as well as for the maintenance of acid-base balance. It is also necessary for proper muscle contraction, the maintenance of nerve impulse transmission. Potassium citrate is a well absorbed and highly bioavailable form of potassium.

Directions
Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule 1 to 5 times a day, preferably with food.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
