Description
Potassium is an essential mineral that is widely distributed among food sources, with especially high levels present in fruits and vegetables. Potassium is critical for the maintenance of normal whole-body and cellular fluid levels, as well as for the maintenance of an acid-base balance.
Potassium also supports proper muscle contraction, supports healthy heart function, and support for the transmission of nerve impulses.

Other Ingredients: 0.5% Magnesium Carbonate (as flow agent).
Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Directions
Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 240ml of water or other beverage.
Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings.
Do not exceed 3 servings per day. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

For adults only. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking any medications (especially those that may affect kidney function or blood potassium levels), or have a medical condition (especially heart/kidney condition or diabetes). Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed 3 servings per day.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
