Each Vegetable Capsule contains:
Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) ext. equiv. to dry seed (standardised to total flavonoids including 105mg silymarin) 9g,
Selenomethionine (equiv. to 75mcg Selenium) 183mcg,
D-alpha tocopherol acetate (equiv. to 22.5 IU Vitamin E) 15.1mg,
Retinyl acetate (equiv. to 3866 IU Vitamin A) 1330mcg,
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 180mg,
Zinc citrate (equiv. 7.5mg Zinc) 23.33mg.

Other Ingredients: Rice hulls, rice extract blend and microcrystalline cellulose.

No Added: Artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 2 capsules daily.
Children 12 to 17 years: Take 1 capsule daily.
