Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Good Health Rapid Energy is a berry-flavoured effervescent tablet that dissolves in water for fast absorption, combining a full B vitamin complex with natural guarana extract for clean, nutrient-based energy support. The formula includes all six key B vitamins — B1, B2, B3, B5, active B6 (as P5P), and B12 — each playing a role in the body's natural energy metabolism and nervous system function. Guarana provides a gentle natural caffeine lift to help support alertness and mental focus. The effervescent format is designed to support rapid uptake, with energy support typically felt within 30 minutes. A practical daily option for those wanting to help support energy, stamina, and mental clarity.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Naturally flavoured with no preservatives, artificial colours, flavours, or sweeteners.

Ingredients

Per 1 effervescent tablet (serving size), 30 servings per container:

Guarana Extract 50mg
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine, as Thiamine Hydrochloride) 15mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin, as Sodium Riboflavin-5-Phosphate) 15mg
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 50mg
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid, as Calcium Pantothenate) 25mg
Active Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 5mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 10mcg

Contains tabletting aids.

Berry flavour: only natural flavours, colour and sweetener used. No preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, wheat, or soy.

Directions

Adults: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in approximately 200ml of water daily, or as professionally advised.
Children from 12 years: Dissolve half a tablet daily or as professionally advised.

Take supplements 2 hours away from any medications and antibiotics.
