Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Good Health Rapid Calm is an effervescent tablet designed to dissolve in water and deliver fast-acting calm and stress support, with noticeable results typically felt within minutes. Each tablet delivers 400mg of L-Theanine alongside 100mg of Magnesium Citrate and 1000IU of Vitamin D3.

L-Theanine is an amino acid that may help support a calm, relaxed mental state and has been studied for its ability to help moderate the body's response to stress. Magnesium Citrate supports nervous system function and normal muscle relaxation, while Vitamin D3 contributes to mood support. The effervescent format means it can be taken on the go whenever needed — simply drop into a glass of water for a refreshing orange and mango flavoured drink. Only natural colours, flavours, and sweeteners. No preservatives, and free from gluten, egg, dairy, soy, and wheat.

Ingredients

Per 1 effervescent tablet (serving size), 30 servings per container:

L-Theanine 400mg
Magnesium Citrate 100mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3, 1000 IU) 25mcg

Contains tabletting aids. Only natural colours, flavours, and sweeteners used. No preservatives. No added gluten, egg, dairy, soy, or wheat.

Directions

Adults: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in 200ml of water.
Acute adult dose: Dissolve 1 to 2 effervescent tablets daily or as professionally advised.

Children from 12 years: Dissolve half a tablet daily.
Acute dose for children from 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised.

Take supplements 2 hours away from any medications and antibiotics.

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not suitable for vegans. Please consult a health professional if taking medication for anxiety issues. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
