Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Good Health Creatine Chewables make it easy to get a daily creatine dose without powder or water — just chew three mixed berry flavoured tablets with food. Each tablet delivers 1000mg of Creatine Monohydrate (880mg equiv. creatine) alongside 33mg of Magnesium from Aquamin, a marine-derived magnesium source. At 3 tablets daily, each serving provides 3000mg of Creatine Monohydrate, supporting the research-backed maintenance dose for muscle strength, lean body mass, and energy. Creatine is stored in muscle as phosphocreatine, a fast-access energy reserve that helps regenerate ATP during high-intensity activity. The addition of Aquamin Magnesium supports muscle function and nervous system health alongside the creatine. Naturally flavoured and sweetened, with no artificial additives.

Creatine Monohydrate 1000mg (equiv. Creatine 880mg)

Directions
