Protein Water Blend (83.5%) [Hydrolysed Bovine Collagen, [Whey Protein Isolate (Milk) (Whey Protein Isolate, Sunflower or Soy Lecithin)], Food Acids (Citric Acid, Malic Acid), BCAA's (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine), Flavour, Electrolyte Blend (Potassium Citrate, Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Sodium Chloride), Sweeteners (Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium), Anticaking Agent (Silica Dioxide), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Colours (Tartrazine, Sunset Yellow).

Directions
Adults 15+: Mix your Protein Water with 400ml-600ml of water. However, you can dilute it in up to 1 litre of water if you prefer a lighter taste. Adjusting the water amount won’t affect the protein content, so feel free to customise.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
