Each Pastille (soft gummie) contains:
Retinol Palmitate (Vitamin A 366mcg) equiv. to Retinol 665IU 200mcg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 4.5mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride Equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 608mcg 500mcg, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 0.25mcg, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 15mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 100IU) 1.25mcg, dl-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) 2.5mg, Biotin 37.5mcg, Spinacia oleracea (spinach) leaf powder 5mg, Daucus carota (Carrot) root powder 5mg, Beta vulgaris (Beetroot) powder 5mg, Cynara scolymus (Artichoke) flower bud powder 5mg.

Directions
Children 2-3 years: Take one pastille (gummy) per day.
Children 4+ years: Take two pastilles (gummies) per day.

Protect from moisture. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C. Not to be used in children under 2 years without medical advice. No artificial colours. Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
