Good Health Omega 3 Fish Oil 1000mg contains oil from wild sourced, cold water fish. This high quality fish oil undergoes a stringent purification process to ensure it meets strict international quality standards for oxidation and heavy metal levels. It is odourless & low reflux due to purity and quality. Fish oil is a primary source of the important omega 3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), often deficient in modern diets. Natural fish oil 1000mg, Containing omega 3: Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180mg Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120mg.
No added gluten, wheat, egg, dairy or yeast.
No artificial flavours, sweeteners, preservatives or colours used in this product.
Directions
Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.
Children: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with food or as professionally advised.
It is recommended capsules are cut and poured over food for children younger than 5 years of age, due to choking hazard.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
