This formula supports strong bones and teeth, as well as healthy enzymatic activity. Delivered via softgel, this formula is more easily absorbed and assimilated than capsules or tablets.

Vitamin D (as D3 Cholecalciferol) (from Lanolin) 10mcg (400IU),
Calcium (elemental) (from 1797mg complex of Calcium Carbonate and Citrate) 667mg,
Magnesium (elemental) (from 590mg complex of Magnesium Oxide and Citrate) 333mg,
Zinc (elemental) (from 41 mg Zinc Oxide) 25 mg
Other Ingredients: Rice Bran Oil, Softgel Capsule (bovine gelatin (BSE-free)), glycerin, water, zinc oxide), Sunflower Lecithin and Beeswax.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or sesame ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 softgels daily with food.
Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
