Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

NOW Foods Liposomal Vitamin C features Liposomal PureWay-C — a fat-soluble form of Vitamin C encapsulated in a liposomal phospholipid delivery system that has demonstrated enhanced absorption, cellular uptake, and bodily retention in clinical studies compared to standard Vitamin C forms. Standard ascorbic acid is water-soluble and absorbed primarily in the small intestine, where uptake becomes limited at higher doses.

The liposomal format wraps Vitamin C in a phospholipid shell similar in structure to the body's own cell membranes, allowing it to move into cells more readily. The formula delivers 1,000mg of Vitamin C per 2-capsule serving. Vitamin C plays an important role in supporting normal immune function and may help support the body's antioxidant defences. It is also essential for collagen synthesis — the structural protein underpinning healthy skin, cartilage, bones, and blood vessel walls — and plays a role in supporting normal nerve impulse transmission. Citrus Bioflavonoids are included as a complementary ingredient to further support the formula's antioxidant activity.

Ingredients

Per 2 vegetable capsules (serving size) : 60 servings per container:

Vitamin C (Liposomal PureWay-C) 1000mg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Phospholipids (from Sunflower Lecithin), Rice Flour, Fatty Acids (from Rice Bran), Ascorbyl Palmitate, Silicon Dioxide, Citrus Bioflavonoids.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.

Directions

Take 2 capsules daily with a meal. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
