Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Glycine is an amino acid involved in a wide range of processes in the body from supporting the production of glutathione, creatine, and collagen, to helping regulate nerve signals in the brain. It functions as a calming neurotransmitter in the central nervous system, which is why it's commonly taken to help support relaxation and healthy sleep. This capsule format delivers 1000mg of pure free-form glycine per capsule, offering flexibility in daily dosing from 1 to 3 capsules, and is a convenient alternative to the powder format for those who prefer not to mix drinks.  Now available in the large 250 veg capsule size.

Ingredients

Per 1 vegetable capsule, 250 capsules per container:

Glycine (Free-Form) 1000mg

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silicon Dioxide.

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.

Directions

Take 1–3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
