Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Most magnesium tablets use a single form of magnesium, but Nature's Way High Strength Magnesium takes a different approach, combining four forms of magnesium in a single daily tablet to deliver a high-strength 321.65mg of elemental magnesium per dose.

Alongside the magnesium blend, the formula includes Vitamin B6, which plays a supporting role in magnesium absorption and transport into cells; Vitamin D3, which works in concert with magnesium to help support normal muscle function and bone health; and Manganese, a trace mineral involved in bone formation and energy metabolism. The result is a more complete muscle and musculoskeletal support tablet than standard single-form magnesium products, covering the co-nutrients that help the body put magnesium to work.

Per 1 tablet (serving size), 220 servings per container:

Magnesium (as Heavy Magnesium Oxide 500mg) 301.6mg
Magnesium (as Phosphate Pentahydrate 80mg) 16.5mg
Magnesium (as Amino Acid Chelate 10mg) 2mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate 10mg) 1.55mg
Total Elemental Magnesium 321.65mg
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 10.95mg (equiv. to Pyridoxine 9mg)
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2.5mcg (100IU)
Manganese Amino Acid Chelate 40mg (equiv. to Manganese 4mg)

Contains phenylalanine, sulfites, and soya beans.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Swallow with a glass of water. The tablet may be broken, cut, or crushed if you have swallowing concerns.

Precautions
