Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Each scoop delivers 2,000mg of carnitine (a combination of Acetyl L-Carnitine and L-Carnitine L-Tartrate) alongside 150mg of caffeine for a clean, moderate energy boost. A supporting blend of focus and performance ingredients including Alpha GPC, L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and Huperzine A, helps support mental clarity and sustained energy without the jittery, tingly feeling common in stronger pre-workouts. No beta-alanine, no crash. Just mix with water and go.

Directions

Mix ½–1 scoop in 500ml of cold water and shake well. Assess caffeine tolerance — begin with ½ scoop and work up to 1 scoop. Take first thing in the morning or before midday, or 15–30 minutes before activity. Do not consume with food.

Precautions

Contains 150mg caffeine per serve. Not recommended for those sensitive to caffeine. Not suitable for anyone under 16 years of age. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
