Oestrogens are important for maintaining health and the ageing process. An incorrect balance of oestrogen or its conversion to other forms can negatively impact on your health. Di-indolylmethane (DIM) naturally supports healthy oestrogen balance. DIM is a molecule that has been studied for 25 years.
Common Uses:
- Provides a natural support for the body to maintain healthy hormonal balance during menstrual cycle
- Supports the liver in the clearance of excess or less desirable forms of oestrogens
- You may consider Women's Hormone Support if you need some support during the premenstrual period or menstrual imbalance.
Ingredients
Each vegetable capsule contains: Di-indolylmethane 100mg.
Also contains: Calcium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium stearate and precipitated amorphous silica.
No added: gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar or preservatives.
Directions
Adult: 1 capsule twice daily or as directed.
Manufacturers Precautions
Considered well tolerated. May give urine a slightly pink colour in some individuals. Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Use is not recommended during this time.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
