Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

If you're already taking magnesium and creatine separately, this powder combines both into a single daily scoop plus Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C for good measure. The magnesium comes as magnesium glycinate, a chelated form that's gentler on the stomach and better absorbed than cheaper forms like magnesium oxide. At 350mg of elemental magnesium per serve it's a solid dose, covering muscle relaxation, nervous system function, and general magnesium maintenance.

The creatine monohydrate comes in at 5g per serve — the standard research-backed daily dose for supporting muscle strength and lean mass during resistance training. Vitamin D3 supports bone strength and calcium metabolism, while Vitamin C rounds out the formula with immune system support. It's a natural wild berry flavour, mixes easily into water, and is free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners, and preservatives. A practical option for anyone who wants their magnesium and creatine in one hit rather than two separate products.

Ingredients

Per 1 level scoop (11g) serving, approximately 27 servings per container:

Magnesium Glycinate (equiv. Magnesium 350mg)
Creatine Monohydrate 5000mg (equiv. Creatine 4,400mg)
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 15mcg (600 IU)
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 200mg

Also contains: Natural Flavours, Natural Colour, Natural Sweetener (Thaumatin), Acidity Regulators.

Preservative free. No artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Gluten free. Soy free. Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions

Take 1 level scoop (11g) once daily. Dissolve in 200ml of water, stir until mixed and consume immediately. Store below 30°C.
