Xmas and New Year Open!

As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year.  NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd

Packaging

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging!   It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again.   Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).

Delivery

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if  your address is "RD") no matter how much you order.  We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.

Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description

Vitamins K2 and D3 are one of those supplement pairings that genuinely make sense together. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb calcium from food but that calcium still needs to get to the right place. That's where K2 comes in: it helps activate osteocalcin, a protein that directs calcium into bones rather than allowing it to accumulate in soft tissue and blood vessels.

This formula uses Menaquinone-7 (MK-7) as K2VITAL — a patented, highly bioavailable form of K2 — alongside 1000IU of Vitamin D3, both at meaningful doses in a single daily soft capsule. A clean, two-ingredient formula for anyone looking to support long-term bone strength and cardiovascular health. Contains soya bean products and sulfites.

Ingredients

Per 1 soft capsule (serving size), 30 servings per container:

Menaquinone-7 (Vitamin K2 as K2VITAL) 180mcg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 1000IU) 25mcg

Also contains: Soya bean products, sulfites.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 soft capsule daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Store below 25°C.
