Ingredients
Gut Gard Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) root 150mg, EpiCor Yeast fermentate (from Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 250mg, Glutamine 2000mg, Zinc (amino acid chelate) 7.5mg, Vitamin A 1000IU, Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis) 500mg.
Dosage
Adults and teens, from 13 years:
Take 5g (equal to 2 level metric teaspoons) with 125 mls of water, once daily or as professionally advised.
Children 6 -12 years: Take 2.5g (equal to 1 level metric teaspoon) once daily. Measure out the dosage using a baking/cooking/measuring metric teaspoon.
Has a delicious berry tasting flavour and is suitable for vegetarians, but not vegans, due to insufficient ingredient information from the supplier.

Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.
