Directions
Adults: Take 2 capsules per day with food or drink.
Children aged 5-17 Years: 1 capsule per day with food or drink
Efamol advises optimising the body’s natural store of these important nutrients by increasing the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks.
Adults: 6 Capsules per day with food or drink.
Children aged 5-17 Years: 3 capsules per day with food or drink.

We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
