Description
Swanson Certified Organic Cold-Pressed Castor Oil: A topical emollient that penetrates deeply to soften the skin, this oil can be massaged directly into the skin or soaked into a cloth compress for longer-term applications.
This organic, cold-pressed castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid and has anti-bacterial properties. As a topical emollient, it penetrates deep into the skin to soften, hydrate, moisturise and cleanse.

Directions
To use: Massage the oil directly into the skin and cover with cotton or flannel.
Or, make and apply castor oil packs. Saturate cotton or flannel cloth. Apply to desired area and apply heat.

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

The vitamin E family consists of tocopherols and tocotrienols, with alpha-tocopherol as the most commonly found form of vitamin E. However, tocotrienols have up to 50 times the antioxidant potential of tocopherols, and the latest research indicates that delta fractions (delta-tocotrienols) are the most beneficial for supporting healthy cholesterol, triglycerides, already within the normal range, and cellular health.
