Directions
Intensive Use (12 years & over): 2 capsules, 2 times a day.
General Immune Support: 1 capsule a day.

Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.

Ingredients
Sambucus Nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice powder: 200mg
equiv to fresh juice: 1.2g
Vitamin C: 50mg
Zinc (gluconate): 3mg
Honey: 100mg
Other Ingredients: Acacia, sorbitol, maltitol, water, blackcurrant flavour, acesulfame potassium, vegetable oil, beeswax. (Contains sugars as part of honey)
Free from colourant agents, lactose, gluten, preserving agents, gelatine.
Directions
Adults:
Take 1 lozenge every 2 hours, or as needed; up to 5 lozenges per day.
Children 6-9 years:
Take 1 lozenge every 3 hours, up to 3 per day.
Children 9-12 years:
Take 1 lozenge every 3 hours, up to 4 per day.
Precautions
Keep out of reach of children. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may cause a laxative effect. Store below 25c. Do not use if blister foil is broken.

Directions
