Ingredients
Each gummy contains:
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) ext. 7.5mg equiv. to dry herb: 37.5mg Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) ext. 7.5mg equiv. to dry herb: 30mg
Magnesium citrate (equiv. elemental 7.5mg): 68mg
l-Theanine: 50mg
Other Ingredients: Glucose, Sugar, gelatin, starch (maize), citric acid, sodium citrate, natural raspberry flavour, natural colour, coconut oil, carnauba wax.
No artificial colours or flavours.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 gummies 30 minutes prior to sleep.
Ages 2-12 years: Take 1 gummy 30 minutes prior to sleep.
Precautions
Excess consumption may have a laxative effect. Storage: Store below 25C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.

Xmas and New Year Open!
As a family run business we are open every day through Xmas and the New Year. NZ Post couriers also work as normal during this time but are closed on the statutory holidays; Dec 25th & 26th, plus Jan 1st & 2nd
Packaging
We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
