Directions

Gut Health Reset Dosing:
SporeBiotic : Week 1-8: Take 1 capsule daily. Take with a meal.
Gut Food : Week 5-8: Take 4 capsules daily, in addition to SporeBiotic and Good Guts. Take with or without a meal.
Good Guts : Week 5-8: Take 3 capsules daily, in addition to SporeBiotic and Gut Food. Take with or without a meal.

Maintenance dosing :
After completing the Gutsi gut health reset continue with a maintenance dose of 1 capsule daily of SporeBiotic for continued support.
Gut Food and Good Guts can be taken intermittently 2-3 times a week after completing this reset to maintain great gut health
