Directions
Adults (over 12 years): 5 to 10mls 3 to 4 times a day. Make sure you shake the bottle vigorously before taking a dose.

Directions
Adults over 12 years: For best results, take for 7 days or longer up to 14 days maximum. For the first 2-3 days, take 2.5-5 ml three to four times daily, increasing to 10-20 ml three to four times daily. Take 5–10 minutes before meals.
Shake well before use. Swill in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
