Description
Now Super Omega 3-6-9 is a blend of fish, borage and flax seed oils. This combination of nutritional oils has a unique balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids plus omega-9, a non-essential, but useful fatty acid. The omega-3's alpha linolenic acid, EPA and DHA, and the omega-6, GLA, support the maintenance of healthy skin, immune system health, cardiovascular health and helps contribute to the normal function of the nervous system.

We only now use 100% recyclable or reusable packaging! It costs us a bit more but we think it's the right thing to do!
Our own bemo products are in re-useable high food grade stand-up pouches - just wash out and use again. Our cool black courier bags are 100% home compostable - simply add them to your home compost bin! (removing the shipping labels is recommended).
Delivery
We ship to any address (including rural addresses and PO boxes) in NZ, we charge a flat rate for normal (non-rural) delivery, and a flat rate for rural delivery (if your address is "RD") no matter how much you order. We use NZ Post CourierPost and no signature is required.
Our aim is to ship orders on the day we receive them if we get orders before 3pm. Stock is all despatched from 1 location and usually you'll receive your order next day for major metro areas, and other locations within 1-2 days.
We provide shipping updates and notifications by email to keep you informed.

Description
Flax oil is a natural reservoir for the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). ALA is considered an essential fatty acid because the body cannot make it from other fats and must obtain it from the diet. Flax oil has been shown to support cardiovascular health and to promote the maintenance of healthy skin. This flax seed oil has been specially pressed to be as close to the original oil in the seed as possible. Extreme care has been taken in bringing this product to market in softgel form, which seals in the oil and protects it from oxidation and contamination. Each softgel may typically have 50% naturally occurring alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3).
