Directions

Adults: Take 1-3 tablets daily with food.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 tablet daily with food.

Echinacea and vitamin C are a rich source of antioxidants that support skin health, especially dry, itchy skin. This combination also supports urinary tract health for those prone to urinary tract issues.

Each 10ml dose contains:

ZINC amino acid chelate: 25mg
equivalent to elemental zinc 2.5mg

Directions

Adults (over 18 years): 10ml (2 metric tsp)
Young Adults (14-18 years): 5ml (1 metric tsp)
